Acceptance of terms and eligibility
By accessing or using Tianwen Mingli, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the related services.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
- You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your login credentials, and take responsibility for activity that occurs in your account.
- If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
What the service covers and the nature of results
The service may include BaZi, Zi Wei, relationships, timing, date selection, palmistry, divination inquiry, and AI interpretation. Results may come from versioned traditional rules, deterministic calculation, constrained random processes, or observation of visible features; each feature clearly labels its source and confidence boundaries.
Note:Traditional cultural systems are not the same as scientifically validated predictive models. The output does not guarantee that any future event, personal trait, or relationship outcome will occur.
Responsible use
- Do not impersonate anyone, submit another person's sensitive information without permission, or use results to track, manipulate, discriminate against, harass, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, permissions, security controls, or payment flows, and do not interfere with the service, mass-scrape restricted content, or distribute malicious code.
- Do not use the product for medical diagnosis, psychological crises, legal determinations, investment guarantees, hiring, credit, insurance, education admissions, or other high-risk situations that decide another person's rights or interests.
- Do not claim in the name of Tianwen Mingli that results carry scientific certainty, official certification, or inevitable effect.
Professional advice and high-risk boundaries
Product content does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it cannot replace a qualified professional's judgment about your specific situation. For decisions involving health, safety, or major financial or legal matters, verify information independently and seek appropriate help.
Requests involving emergency danger, self-harm, harm to others, or unlawful conduct may be refused or discontinued. The product is not an emergency service.
Content, feedback, and intellectual property
- You retain the rights you hold by law in the content you submit, and you authorize us to process that content as necessary to provide, protect, and improve the services you request.
- You must make sure you have the right to submit the material in question. Do not upload another person's photos, birth information, copyrighted content, or other restricted information without permission.
- The product interface, brand, software, rule composition, and platform content are protected by the corresponding rights. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar products.
- Product suggestions you provide may be used to improve the service, but this does not give us any right to use your sensitive personal information that you have not authorized.
Credits, one-time payments, and refunds
- Credit-pack price, currency, and granted amount are shown at checkout and confirmed before payment.
- Credit packs are one-time payments with no auto-renewal. Granted credits do not expire, but a refund or payment dispute may reverse the related credits.
- Taxes, exchange rates, and payment-channel fees may vary by region and are shown or collected where required.
- Refunds, cooling-off periods, and withdrawal rights follow the purchase page, payment-provider rules, and mandatory local consumer law. These terms do not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
Availability, changes, and account handling
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that any feature will always be uninterrupted or error free. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal requirements, or product changes may make some features temporarily unavailable.
- Rule updates that affect existing results increment the version; historical results keep the version in effect at the time, and recalculating may produce a result under a newer version.
- In cases of serious abuse, security risk, fraud, unlawful conduct, or repeated violations of these terms, we may reasonably restrict access, suspend, or terminate an account.
- We will give notice of material service or terms changes through appropriate means. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription through the available paths.
Disclaimers and scope of liability
You should reach your own decisions using real-world information, your own judgment, and professional advice, and you bear the risk of acting on the product's output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we make no guarantees beyond those expressly given as to any particular outcome, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
None of these limitations excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and none affects consumer rights you hold by law and cannot waive.

The specific operating entity, dispute resolution process, and any supplemental terms for your region must be published separately by the operator at formal launch, in line with local law. If supplemental terms conflict with these terms, the terms that are legally applicable and clearly disclosed to you prevail.
