Only Murders in the Building season 4 was the ten-episode Hulu season that ran from August 27 to October 29, 2024.[1]

Charles, the Wood Rooster, occupies a less dramatic position between them. Rooster–Tiger and Rooster–Monkey both fall into the grid’s friendly-average territory rather than its top trines or direct conflicts.[19] That makes a pleasing ensemble reading: Charles can join Oliver’s theatrical momentum or Mabel’s sharper skepticism, yet neither partnership is presented as frictionless. Doreen and Oliver turn a best match into a punch line

Melissa McCarthy’s Doreen is a Metal Dog; Martin Short’s Oliver is a Metal Tiger. Dog and Tiger belong to the same Three-Harmony trine, traditionally making them one of the stronger compatibility combinations.[19] Season 4 immediately finds the comic problem with that apparent harmony: Doreen is much more interested in Oliver than Oliver is prepared to reciprocate.
